We have strategic association with eLynx Solutions Ltd- East African company, Where in Zonta will support in executing IT and Telecom Projects.

In the current scenario of competitive Telecom Market, the biggest challenge of any Telecom service provider is – Optimization of Network Maintenance Costs, High Resilience Network with best KPI.

Accordingly we leveraged our services as

As a first step to address the above, we have started up TELECOM INCUBATION CENTER (TIC) at Hyderabad.
At the TIC, we select academically best Engineering graduates and train them on Basic Telecom fundamentals. Later we orient them on various typical Processes. We also expose them on latest Telecom technologies and take them to Telecom laboratories for hands on training. Our objective is that these people should come into productive stage at least 3 months earlier than of any newly recruited fresher.

Currently, we have about 50 people on board, who will be completing by the end of this month, on following courses- on MPLS and VPN Data networks, TDM Switching networks( Route and Trunk group creation), Performance analysis, GSM Networks- RF planning and optimization, Transmission Networks.
